The ruling Patriotic Front (PF) says it will not allow party President Edgar Lungu to debate Live with UPND Leader Hakainde Hichilema saying he is a bitter person.
UPND President Hakainde Hichilema has challenged President Edgar Lungu to a Live TV debate ahead of the elections.
But PF Deputy Spokesperson Frank Bwalya says the party will not expose their leader to negative energy from a man who wants to set Zambia on fire just to become President.
Mr. Bwalya says Mr. Hichilema should continue boasting about how well he can debate while President Lungu continues to lead the country.
He states that the UPND should wait for August 11th when they will cry after losing the elections.
