United Progressive People’s party (UPP) President Saviour Chishimba has urged Zambians to vote No in the referendum on the bill of rights.

Dr. Chishimba says what Zambians have is an amended constitution and not the constitution they wanted thus they should wait until a government that will give them a new constitution comes in before they can vote for the bill of rights.

Dr. Chishimba says Zambians should not be rushed into voting for the bill of right when they have not even understood it due to inadequate sensitization.

He has accused the PF government to trying to thrive on the ignorance of the people by asking them to vote yes for things they do not understand.

Dr. Chishimba says if his party wins the elections it will review the constitution making process so as to give the people of Zambia a constitution which will reflect their wishes.
