Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) has described as disappointing the campaign being championed by the opposition for Zambians to vote no in the August referendum.
YALI president Andrew Nthewewe says his organization finds it is unacceptable that the oppositions UPND and Rainbow Party want people to forgo an opportunity to have an expanded Bill of Rights.
Mr. Nthewewe says his organization thinks that such political parties do not deserve a vote from the Zambian people in August this year.
Mr. Nthewewe says this is because they want to make the issue of the Bill of Rights a political issue when in fact it is not.
