More needs to be done for referendum to be fruitful- Kapoma

Governance activist David Kapoma says there is a lot of work that needs be done for the referendum on the bill of rights to be fruitful.

Mr Kapoma says this is considering that not much has been done in making people understand what the referendum is all about, with only a few weeks before 11th August.

He says the fact that the exercise will be held alongside the general election, voters will have a difficult time to do the correct thing.

Meanwhile Mr. Kapoma has blamed political leaders for the continued violence being witnessed in the country.

He notes that political leaders are failing to control their cadres.
