Solwezi District Voter Education Coordinator, Thandiwe Tembo say her office is still waiting for official communication from the ECZ weather Kalumbila and Mushindano districts will elect their Council Chairpersons after or on August 11, 2016.
Ms. Tembo says her office is still waiting to hear from ECZ weather the Kalumbila and Mushindano Districts have been catered for in the ongoing printing of ballots papers.
President Edgar Lungu in August last year declared Kalumbila and Mushindano areas in North Western Province as districts.
