Chief Chimbuka of Chinsali District Muchinga province has urged youths in the Country to be responsible and avoid the perpetration of violence during and after the august general elections.
Chief Chimbuka has implored youths to instead turn up in large numbers to vote for leaders of their choice in the general elections.
He told qfm news that it is heartbreaking to see youths being used to perpetrate violence during elections, warning that he will not allow such misconduct in his chiefdom.
Chief Chimbuka has cautioned all political parties in his chiefdom against using youths to engage in violence.
He says violence witnessed in the country is a clear indication that the youths are manipulated by politicians.
