UPND Presidential Campaign Team Member Chisankama Mudenda
The opposition UPND has called on the Road Transport and Safety agency (RTSA) to act on the continued use of Edgar Chagwa Lungu (ECL) personalized number plates by some PF supporters.
UPND Member Chisankama Mudenda says it is sad that the agency has continued to entertain such vehicles on the roads.
He says just because they are branded Edgar Lungu, they are allowed to move on the roads which he says is against the law.
Mr. Mudenda says most of them even have no insurance, tax and are not fit to be on the roads but have been left on the road.
He says rtsa should quickly enforce the law and ensure that all motor vehicles have the correct number plates in accordance with the law.
