CSO-SUN encourages Zambians to vote YES to referendum

Civil Society Scaling up Nutrition (CSO-SUN) has encouraged Zambians to vote yes in the referendum on the Bill of Rights.

CSO-SUN Acting National Coordinator Eneya Phiri says Zambians should vote yes in the referendum because the bill of rights has components of access to food which is a source of nutrients.

Mr. Phiri says his organisation feels if access to food becomes a right it will be easy to advocate for nutrition as a right as well.

Mr. Phiri has however, bemoaned the lack of clarity on nutrition issues in the Bill of Right.
