Economist Noel Nkhoma has observed that aspiring presidential candidates are failing to explain how they will implement their economic policies if voted into office.

Mr. Nkhoma has since challenged the presidential candidates to go a mile further in interpreting their massages if they are to persuade voters in the run up to the August 11, 2016 general election.

He is concerned that politicians have failed to tell the Zambians on how they will turn the economic around if elected.

Mr Nkhoma adds that presidential candidates must also state convincingly how they will fight corruption once ushered into office in order to develop the country.

Mr. Nkhoma notes that corruption has contributed to the poor performance of the economy hence the need for Presidential candidates to address real issues during their campaigns.
