The Technical Education, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training Authority (TEVETA) has formally begun the realigning of its vision to the Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs).

Director General David Chakonta has disclosed that in its new strategic plan TEVETA is also blending the entrepreneurship with technology.
Mr. Chakonta has disclosed to Qfm News that the idea is to ensure that entrepreneurship skills and technological skills begin to work together.
He states that this is the primary unit TEVETA thinks is needed to drive industrialization.
Mr. Chakonta says his Authority is further looking at laying a foundation to develop a national TEVET system that can handle 1.9 million learners per year.
