Let’s love one another, HH urges Zambians

Zambians have been reminded of God’s commandment to continue loving one another.

Opposition UPND president Hakainde Hichilema is encouraging Zambians to do so regardless of their tribe, gender or political affiliation.

In his Sunday message made available to Qfm News Mr. Hichilema has cited the Bible scripture of 1 John 4:7-12 to emphasize the need for the Zambian people to continue loving one another.

Mr. Hichilema is urging Zambians to remember that they are in fact all God’s children.

He has particularly implored people in the Country to use this Sunday to join hands in condemning all acts of violence wherever they might come from.

Mr. Hichilema says Zambians should call for the deliverance of justice in every single case without fear or favor.

He is reminding Zambians to keep in mind that to walk in the light of the lord they must put their energies into being good and responsible citizens who never insult and maim one another.

The UPND leader believes that in a Christian Country like Zambia the use of machetes, pangas and weapons to hurt one another must come to an end.

He states that Zambians must instead see such items as merely tools for producing food and wealth.
