Fisho Mwale calls for proper management of markets

Lusaka Aspiring Mayoral candidate Fisho Mwale has called for proper management of market places by local authorities.

Mr. Mwale who is an independent candidate says the fire at Kabwata market in which three people died should serve as a reminder on the need for proper management of markets in the capital city.

He says there is also need to seriously look into the issue of people sleeping in markets.

Mr. Mwale says people should not be allowed to sleep in markets.
