The opposition Rainbow Party says the ruling PF and opposition UPND do not deserve to be in government because they have unworkable ideas.
Rainbow Party Chilanga District Secretary Keith Mwango says people should take time to study the manifestos of the two parties and will discover that what they are promising is not achievable.
Mr. Mwango says the PF have failed to uplift the lives of the people during the five years they have been power, questioning why they should be given another five year mandate when.
He says the UPND on the other hand are promising things that previous governments have done.
