Resist corruption, electorate urged

The electorate in the August general election has been urged to resist any forms of corruption from politicians if they want to have a credible election.

Zambia Youths Association in the Fight Against Corruption (ZYAFAC) is encouraging the electorate to be on the guard against corruption especially now when campaigns are in now full throttle.

ZYAFAC Executive Director Rickson Kanema says his organization believes that electoral corruption cannot take place if citizens themselves uphold the highest level of integrity.

In an interview with QTV, Mr. Kanema has advised the people of Zambia to report any electoral corruption they come across to the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).

Mr. Kanema notes that ZYAFAC holds the view that this is the only way the country can have leaders of integrity
