Mr. Mapani tells QFM News that the Bill of Rights is suppose to comprise three sets of generational rights, and that one set of rights is missing in the just released draft.

He states that the Bill of Rights should comprise Civil and Political rights, economical, social and cultural rights, and Group rights for it to be complete.

He notes that the released draft does not contain group rights which will it will difficult to hold government accountable for failure to meet certain generational rights.

Mr. Mapani says this could be one reason why government is rushing the process because one set of rights is missing.

He has since advised Zambians to reject the holding of the referendum alongside the general election until they are satisfied that all rights are envisaged in the Bill of Rights.
