PF refutes reports of 10, 000 members joining UPND

The ruling PF has refuted reports suggesting that over 10, 000 of its members in Kasama have defected to the opposition UPND.

Mr. Bwalya says these reports are nothing but a lie as the ruling PF in Kasama still remains strong.

He suspects that if anyone had defected to the UPND it must have been people the opposition party ferried to the areas itself.

Mr. Bwalya has wondered how anyone can defect to the opposition UPND when its chances of winning the August 11th general elections are remote.

Mr. Bwalya states that the ruling PF is beyond doubt that President Edgar Lungu is headed for another landslide victory.

He says President Lungu has demonstrated exemplary leadership.
