Political mood is not appealing for referendum- AVAP

The Anti- Voter Apathy Project (AVAP) says the political mood in the Country is presently not appealing to hold a referendum on the Bill of Rights.

Executive Director Richwell Mulwani says his organization has taken note that most people in the Country are not clear of what they are supposed to do on the polling day of the referendum.

Mr. Mulwani states that AVAP has taken note that political parties are not doing enough in engaging the people on the referendum.

He says his organization however believes that it can bridge the gap by the community sensitization meetings that is currently carrying out.
