President Edgar Lungu has been accused of falsely accusing UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema of having privatized the mines.
UPND Secretary General Stephen Katuka says it is not true that Mr. Hichilema privatized the mines.
Mr. Katuka thinks that instead of calling names Mr. Hichilema President Lungu should have told the crowd of people he addressed on the Copperbelt on Saturday what he is planning for Zambia.
In a statement to Qfm News Mr. Katuka notes that his party also took note of what President Lungu said about political violence.
Mr. Katuka has wondered how President Lungu can say that the ruling PF cadres are innocent of when it is fact them that broke cars at the UPND secretariat on Thursday last week
He has asked President Lungu to tell nation who indeed has been tearing down UPND campaign billboards if it is not the PF cadres.
