RB is not anymore worthy calling statesman – UPND

The opposition UPND has expressed concern that former republican President Rupiah Banda is losing his worthiness to the nation by the manner  he is conducting himself.

The UPND does not think Mr. Banda deserves to be even called a states man anymore.

UPND Lubwa ward information chairperson Chisankama Mudenda says his party finds it cruel for Mr. Banda to play double standards with respect to leadership wrangles in his party the MMD.

In an interview with Qfm News Mr. Mudenda notes that the UPND is wondering why Mr. Banda can possibly opt to side one faction of the MMD as opposed to helping the party to reconcile.

Mr. Mudenda says this is especially that Mr. Banda already knows that Nevers Mumba is the legitimate MMD president.

He has urged other statesmen in the Country to counsel Mr. Banda as his conduct is disappointing as far the UPND is concerned.
