UPND Spokesperson Charles Kakoma says his party has no doubt that this is also part of the Patriotic Front’s scheme to manipulate the elections.

He states that his party does not see any other reason why ECZ can settle for a printing firm that it is twice expensive than the other competing printing firms if the idea is not to rig the elections.

Mr. Kakoma has however, ruled out the possibility of the UPND boycotting the August 11th elections.

Mr Kakoma says the UPND will put in place measures to prevent the rigging of the elections.
