The Zambia Association for Persons with Disability (ZAPD) has urged aspiring presidential candidates to address various issues affecting persons living with disabilities.
ZAPD Information Officer, John Kinuna notes that past leaders have done very little to address the plight of persons living with disabilities.
He says the organization intends to meet all political parties to discuss with them some of the issues affecting persons with disabilities with the hope that they will address them once elected.
