Zesco United will battle to end their four-match winless drought, when they visit Nchanga Rangers in Chingola on Wednesday.

The defending FAZ Super League champions have failed to pick up a single win since April 30, when they beat bottom place Mufulira Blackpool 5-0 at home in Ndola.

Since then, Zesco have gathered three points from four matches that included a 1-0 away loss in an Ndola derby at Forest Rangers to sustain their first loss of the 2016 season.

Those results have subsequently seen Zesco drop from second to third on 18 points, two behind leaders Nkana and one point adrift of second placed Zanaco.

However, Nchanga has been good hunting ground for Zesco where they have won on four successive league visits since losing 1-0 there in August 2011.

Eighth positioned Nchanga also head into the match on the back of a 1-0 away loss at Napsa Stars and also seek their first win over a top two team after losing 2-0 at home to 2015 runners-up Zanaco on April 3.

Meanwhile in the days other top five matches on Wednesday, leaders Nkana host Mufulira Wanderers in Kitwe while Zanaco play Napsa in Lusaka.

Fifth positioned Power Dynamos will be looking to extend their unbeaten run to four games under interim coach Anderson Phiri when they host Green Eagles in Kitwe.

And two games have been postponed this Wednesday involving Lusaka Tigers-Red Arrows and Green Buffaloes-Nakambala Leopards.

This is because Buffaloes and Arrows have over three players away on Chipolopolo training camp duty in Ndola.
