Opposition UPND president Hakainde Hichilema has urged men and women in uniform in government security agencies to remain loyal citizens of the Country.
Mr. Hichilema is also urging men and women in uniform to remain disciplined.

In a statement made available to Qfm News Mr. Hichilema has disclosed that his party has heard their cries.
Mr. Hichilema says the UPND is fully aware of their plight both in the conditions under which they operate and the numerous challenges they face.
He notes that his party knows that men and women in uniform have been promised various incentives that have not been honored.
Mr. Hichilema says the UPND is equally aware of the many youths that were enlisted for engagements in several units but who have now remained in the streets.
He has advised that as the Country goes through the critical time of holding general elections this year, the call for men and women in uniform should be to duty.
Mr. Hichilema is calling upon men and women in uniform to be above partisan politics and centre on being ready to protect all citizens regardless of their political affiliation.
He has reminded them to be wary that regardless of the political views people hold they are one people.
