HH challenges Lungu to pinpoint his successes

United Party for National Development (UPND) president Hakainde Hichilema has challenged President Edgar Lungu to pin point successes he has scored during his one and half years he has been in office.

Speaking when he welcomed former MMD members of Parliament who have officially joined the UPND in Lusaka today, Mr Hichilema says president Lungu has not done anything since he was elected apart from inflicting abject poverty on Zambians.

And Mr. Hichilema has warned that the Electoral Commission of Zambia will be responsible for whatever will happen in the country if it insists I printing ballot papers in Dubai.

Meanwhile Mr Hichilema has demanded that President Lungu pays students at the University of Zambia all their meal allowances in the next five days.

And former First Lady Maureen Mwanawasa has warned the Electoral Commission of Zambia not to manipulate this year’s election because Zambians are watching.
