Visiting JCI President encourages Zambians to remain peaceful

Visiting Junior Chamber International (JCI) President Pascal Dike has encouraged Zambians to remain peaceful even after the August 11^th general election.

Mr. Dike says he is in the country for a special campaign called ‘Peace is Possible Campaign’ aimed at promoting peace and unity ahead of Zambia’s elections.

He says Zambia has been known to be a peaceful nation, hence the need to maintain this status quo.

Mr. Dike says his organization is concerned with the welfare of the young people and is therefore calling on young people to remain peaceful.

And JCI National President Tetiwe Nzimah says with the recent cases of political violence in the country, the campaign will go a long way in helping maintain peace in the country.
