Police in Lusaka are holding a 26 year old woman of Mtendere compound for suspected murder.
Police Spokesperson Charity Munganga-Chanda says Elizabeth Lungu Nkhoma was apprehended and detained on 3rd May, 2016 in connection with the murder of her 33 year old husband Anthony Nkhoma.
Ms. Chanda says the deceased sustained a deep cut and human bite on the chest.
She explains that it is suspected that the deceased was stabbed after fighting with the wife around 21:00 hours on 2nd May, 2016.
Ms Chanda She says the body is lying in UTH mortuary awaiting postmortem.
