Church to give assessment on Political Indaba

Lusaka Catholic Archbishop Telesphore Mpundu says the church will soon give an assessment of how political parties have fared following the interparty meeting on ending violence held last month.

Archbishop Mpundu says there is need for all politicians to practice non-violence to avoid plunging the country into a deeper crisis.

Archbishop Mpundu adds that the church should also help preach peace and discourage the use of hate speech by politicians.
