The Zambia Council for Social Development (ZCSD) has advised the ruling PF to do a sober reflection on what they have achieved in their five years of being in office before going into campaigns.
ZCSD Executive Secretary Lewis Mwape says it is important that the giant political party undertakes a sober reflection on their performance in the last five years before seeking another five year mandate from the people of Zambia.
Mr. Mwape says the PF should go through all the promises they made to the people of Zambia in 2011 and weigh how many have been met.
He says it will be pointless to seek another mandate before assessing how they have fared in the last five years and see which areas they did well and which ones they never did well.
Mr. Mwape says this should be a trend for all political parties in government to do self assessment before going back to the people to ask for another term.
