Change work culture, EFZ urges workers

The Evangelical Fellowship of Zambia (EFZ) says workers should understand that good workmanship, commitment to duty and excellence is very important in bringing about the necessary development that the country requires.

EFZ Executive Director Pukuta Mwanza says workers should improve the work culture such as time management, commitment and excellence.

Rev. Mwanza says anyone who is working right now should know that it is a big privilege that a person can have because they are some that do not have jobs and wishing to have any job that can earn them anything.

He adds that workers should also stop complaining all the time adding that they should appreciate any kind of job they have.

He further states that if people can dedicate themselves to duty, the rewards will then follow.
