Chief Mukobela urges fellow traditional leaders to promote good sanitation

Chief Mukobela of the Ila speaking people in Namwala district has noted the need to promote good sanitation in chiefdoms to avoid outbreaks of diseases such as Cholera.

The Traditional Leader says it is worrying that some places are still recording cases of Cholera even when the disease can be avoided by adhering to good hygiene standards.

Chief Mukobela has since encouraged fellow traditional leaders to spearhead the promotion of good sanitation in their chiefdoms in view of the outbreak of Cholera in certain parts of the country.
