Zambia on right path to economic recovery – Youming

Chinese Ambassador to Zambia Yang Youming says Zambia is on the right path to economic recovery.

Mr. Youming says the macroeconomic economic policies government has put in place will help stabilize the economy.

He says this will in turn help create a conducive environment for conducting business.

Mr. Youming adds the recent appreciation of the kwacha against major trading currencies is also exciting.

He however, states that the most important thing will be to maintain the trend over the long term.
