Opposition losing relevance – Tamba

PF Mandevu Constituency Chairman Joseph Tamba has charged that opposition political parties are losing relevance to the country’s political dispersion because of the way they are providing checks and balances to the government.

Mr. Tamba says the opposition is there not only to provide quality checks and balances, but also to provide solutions to challenges facing the nation.

He says it is worrying that when people are face hardships, some opposition leaders are rejoice, forgetting that it is the same people they want to govern who are suffering.

Mr. Tamba says the way some opposition leaders have been rejoicing over the artificial shortage of mealie meal is worrying and wonders what kind of leaders they are.
