Govt called on to pay more attention to cyber crime

Government has been called upon to pay more attention to issues of cyber crime.

Information Communication Technology consultant Daniel Mwamba Zambia like any other Country in the World should not lag behind with regards to cyber security.

He says this is especially that cyber security has become a new frontier in which major Countries world over are investing resources to guard against cyber crimes.

Mr. Mwamba says government should therefore invest in cyber security innovations as well as raising awareness on cyber crime.

He notes that incidents of hackings into people’s private phones and scheming credit card have a negative impact on the Country’s future.
