FATIMA Ptacek, the voice behind children’s character Dora The Explorer, has reportedly been suspended from school for vaping in the bathroom.

The 15 year old actress was allegedly caught smoking with 2 friends at her prestigious school in Manhattan, New York.

According to the New York Daily News, the teenager was caught smoking a “caramel-flavoured vapour” in the bathroom of Avenues: The World School.

The Nickelodeon star is said to have written a confession note about the incident, saying she was “given the vapour pen by a male student”.

The actress voiced the character of Dora from 2012 to 2015 and has had several film roles throughout her career.

The website reports that 3 girls were using a “vapour pen” when they were caught by a senior student at the school, who then reported them to teachers.
