Mr. Sampa says his departure from the ruling PF had nothing to do with positions or any rewards for the effort he put in to make the ruling PF win the January 20th presidential election last year.

He has disclosed that for him staying in the ruling PF relied on whether he was going to influence the direction of the party and the direction of government.

Mr. Sampa states that in the ruling PF and in government he had no powers and no platform to make any such influence.

He says had he had a bit of authority in both the party and government he would have influenced that the ruling PF remain in the direction that late President Michael Sata had set.
