PF, UPND may fail to accept defeat – Nawakwi

Forum for Democracy and Development (FDD) President Edith Nawakwi has alleged that both the ruling PF and opposition UPND may fail to accept defeat after the August 11^th General Elections.

Ms Nawakwi says she is convinced that the two political parties may resort to violence as they are the main two parties with the habit of engaging in political violence.

She says this is the more reason why Zambians should not vote for the two political parties so as to sustain the peace and unity in the country.

Ms Nawakwi says the two leaders like sending youths to fight their battles saying she would love to see President Edgar Lungu and Hakainde Hichilema physically fight each other and feel what the youths go through in engaging in violence.

And Ms Nawakwi has charged that the PF Government has taken the country backwards by subjecting them to total suffering as seen with the shortages of mealie meal.

The FDD Leader said this in Lusaka when she addressed women from Matero Constituency.
