NAREP expects correct application of POA from Police

The National Restoration Party (NAREP) says it expects the Zambia Police to correctly interpret the Public Order Act following the resolutions of Tuesday’s interparty meeting on ending violence.

NAREP vice president Charles Maboshe says his party hopes that the issue of Public Order Act will be dealt with before the August elections.

Mr. Maboshe adds that NAREP looks forward to a new political dispensation where everyone enjoys democracy.

He further states that his party will also keep a close eye on activities of all fellow political parties that have signed the peace pact to end political violence in the Country.
