Home Affairs Minister Davies Mwila has dispelled assertions by UPND President Hakainde Hichilema that the PF Government wants to declare a state of emergency to avoid the August 11th elections.
Mr. Mwila tells QFM News that government has no intentions of declaring a state of emergency.
He says this alone shows that the opposition is already defeated and having sleepless nights over the elections.
Mr. Mwila says there is no justification to declare a state of emergency and that people should ignore such rhetoric coming from the opposition.
