HH forewarns of a breakdown in the rule of law

United Party for National Development President Hakainde Hichilema has warned that the continued restriction of freedom movement and association in the country will result in unprecedented breakdown of the rule of law.

Mr. Hichilema has accused the PF Government of abusing the Public Order Act by using it to restrict people from enjoying their rights.

He says the UPND in government will ensure that the human rights of the Zambian people are upheld through the observance of the rule of law.

Mr. Hichilema says Zambians should not be treated like slaves in their own Country through the abuse of the Public Order Act.
