PRESIDENT SWEARS THANDIWE THANDIWE DAKA OTENG

President Edgar Lungu has brushed off suggestion by his critics that he lacks political skills.

He says he is occupying the highest office in the land by virtual of possessing all the necessary skills.

President Lungu said this at State House this morning when he sworn-in Ministry of Justice Permanent Secretary for Administration Thandiwe Daka Oteng who takes over from Joseph Akafumba whose contract was not renewed.

President Lungu says he is in office because he has what it takes and the requisite skills of running the country.

And the Head of State has called on women in the country to support each other in all aspects of their lives.

He has urged officers in the Ministry of Justice to support the new Permanent Secretary in her endevour to contribute to the growth of the nation.

And the President has urged Ms. Oteng to work hard during the ongoing constitution reforms and ensure the referendum is held alongside the August 11th general election.
