Cameroon coach Ntdoungou Mpile Martin has acknowledged that his side is in a catch 22 situation after their 0-0 draw against Ethiopia at Huye.Mpile was furious his charges failed to finish off the game despite beating Angola in their opener saying they will need to fight tough to beat DR Congo who have been in impressive form

“We threw away a golden chance to qualify for the quarter final in our second game failing to penetrate Ethiopia who came to the match in a changed game plan”

“We needed to finish what we started against Angola but bow we find out in a catch 22 situation where we must beat DR Congo who are in superb form and hope that the other game ends in a draw “Mpile told supersport.com

“I did not expect to be in this kind of situation but we have no option but to go back to the drawing board and try to effectively plan Congo’s downfall though it will be an uphill task he added

Cameroon are currently behind DR Congo with four points and they will hope to just get a draw against Congo hoping the Ethiopia vs Angola game also gets to a draw.
