Don’t allow politicians to use churches for campaigns – Apostle Kunda

Apostle Christopher Kunda of Presence of God Ministries has implored church leaders not to allow politicians to use churches as campaign platforms ahead of the August 11 tripartite elections.

He says the church is a spiritual place, thus it should not be mixed with politics.

Apostle Kunda says while people have the right to vote for a candidate of their choice, politicians should not solicit for votes from the pulpit in churches.

He emphasizes that as Zambia goes to the polls, churches should not allow politicians to campaign or distribute campaign materials within their premises.

Apostle Kunda has further appealed to Pastors and Church leaders not to drift away from their intended purpose of preaching the word of God.
