Mumba Member of Parliament Brian Chituwo has bemoaned sustained cattle rustling in his constituency.
Dr. Chituwo says cattle thefts have continued in Mumbwa despite the matter have been repeatedly reported to the Police.
He says farmers of his constituency are wondering why no one is being arrested when they have continued losing their livestock through such raids.
