PRISCCA resounds warning ahead of August 11

Prisons Care and Counseling Association (PRISCCA) has warned that the prisons in the country will be filled with cadres if political parties do not tame their cadres ahead of the August 11 elections.

PRISSCA Executive Director Godfrey Malembeka says prisons in the country are already congested hence the need for cadres and people to stay away from activities that would land them in jail.

He has appealed to political cadres and young people especially not to allow themselves to be used as tools of violence ahead of the elections.

Mr. Malembeka adds that political leaders should not use cadres to perpetuate violence but endeavor to maintain peace in their campaigns.
