Time is now- Kalaba woos Zambians in Diaspora

Foreign Affairs Minister Harry Kalaba has urged Zambians living in the Diaspora to realize that time to invest back home is now ripe.

Mr. Kalaba says with the dual citizenship clause provided for in the amended constitution and Diaspora policy government is coming up with, Zambians in the Diaspora can now be assured that they will be treated like any other citizen when it comes to investing in the Country.

He tells Qfm News that the same incentives citizens within the Country are given when they make investments will be extended to Zambians living in the Diaspora when they invest in the country.

Mr. Kalaba notes that this means that the season for Zambians living abroad who want to consolidate their gains back home is also ripe.

He adds that the environment is also ripe for any Zambian living in Diaspora who wants to relocate back home.
