UPND accuses PF of being behind malice against GBM

The Opposition United Party for National Development has accused the ruling Patriotic Front of being behind social media reports suggesting that party Vice President for Administration Geoffrey Mwamba has been rejected by UPND members.

UPND Secretary General Stephen Katuka has since described the rumors as malicious.

He says the ruling party wants to divert the attention of the people from discussing real issue by spreading baseless rumors.

The UPND Secretary General states that the PF is scared of Mr. Mwamba and the UPND in general.

He says the ruling party should start preparing for its exit ahead of this year’s tripartite elections.
