The ruling Patriotic Front in Mazabuka District has encouraged party members to embrace President Edgar Lungu’s call to embrace new members as the party prepares for 2016 general election.
PF Mazabuka District Chairman Brian Ngosa says the President’s call is timely as it is aimed at strengthening the party ahead of the 2016 polls.
Mr. Ngosa says there is also need for all political players to co-exist saying politics should not be a threat to national unity.
He says there is life beyond politics and that if the One Zambia One Nation motto is to be meaningful, all people must be seen to work together beyond political lines.
