Voter registration is still ongoing,FODEP reminds Zambia

The Foundation for Democratic Process (FODEP) has encouraged people who have not registered as voters to do so at council offices in their respective districts.

FODEP Executive Director MacDonald Chipenzi says his organisation is concerned with the perception that the voter registration has come to an end following the end of the mobile voter registration exercise.

He has encouraged people in the Country to realize that the voter registration exercise is still ongoing at civic centers across the Country.

Mr. Chipenzi has told QFM News that people should not wait until March 2016 when the last phase of the mobile voter registration will be held prior to the general election.
