CHIEF Fwambo of the Mambwe speaking people in Mbala district has died.
Senior Chief Nsokolo has confirmed the death of Chief Fwambo who was born Bernard Sichula.
He says Chief Fwambo 80 died last evening at the University Teaching Hospital after an illness.
The late Chief who is a former Police officer ascended to the throne on 23rd October,2003.
Senior Chief Nsokolo says the remains of the late Chief will be taken to Mbala tomorrow in readiness for burial on Wednesday.
