The University Teaching Hospital (UTH) has recorded 27 Christmas babies born between midnight to 8; 00 hours on 25th December, 2015.
UTH Public Relations Officer Mwenya Mulenga says of the 27, thirteen are girls and 14 are boys.
Mr. Mulenga has told QFM News via telephone that all the babies are with their mothers.
And First Lady Esther Lungu is expected today to make donations to the Christmas babies at the institution.
